Pottermore, the Harry Potter site, which has spilled all the secrets from the Harry Potter books by J.K. Rowling and the Harry Potter movies, is now shut down, but the essays from the collection are officially available on Audible.

On Aug. 29, From the Wizarding Archive: Curated from the World of Harry Potter, an audiobook collection of more than 80 essays from Rowling on Pottermore, is now available on Audible. The collection is narrated by several collaborators, including Evanna Lynch, who starred as Luna Lovegood in four of the Harry Potter movies, starting with Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix in 2007.

Lynch also wrote the foreword for From the Wizarding Archive, along with Rowling. Lara Sawalha, Hugh Quarshie, and Finlay Robertson also narrated portions of the audiobook.

If you have an Audible subscription, you can listen to every essay in From the Wizarding Archive and learn more than ever before about Harry Potter, the story, and the world beyond the magic. You can also buy the audiobook for $29.99 if you don't want to subscribe to Audible.

Here's the publisher's summary of the audiobook from Audible:

"If you’ve ever wondered why Squibs are never offered a place at Hogwarts, what happened when Vernon Dursley first met James Potter, or how Dumbledore and McGonagall formed their lifelong friendship, From the Wizarding Archive should go straight to the top of your wish list. Containing 80 articles written by J.K. Rowling for the original Pottermore website and available for the first time in audio, exclusively from Audible, Harry Potter fans everywhere are in for a treat."

If you're a big fan of Harry Potter with many questions about the series, From the Wizarding Archive is a great source of information from the world of Harry Potter. You can listen to a five-minute sample of From the Wizarding Archive on Audible right now to see what you think!

I listened to the sample, and I really enjoyed the foreword from Lynch!

After listening to From the Wizarding Archive on Audible, you can also listen to all seven Harry Potter books, including versions narrated by the great Stephen Fry, on Audible, as well. Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them narrated by Eddie Redmayne and Harry Potter: A History of Magic narrated by Natalie Dormer are also available on Audible.

And, I don't know if you've heard the big news, but there are full-cast versions of the Harry Potter books coming to Audible in 2025. We still don't know who is voicing the main characters, but we have to imagine there's going to be a substantial interest in those books. Will the cast of the movies be back for the Audible books? I wouldn't go that far, but I do think it's going to be in quite the production.

Stay tuned for more updates for the full-cast versions of the Harry Potter books coming to Audible! We'll let you know as soon as we know more about the book series coming to the audiobook streaming service.
