Fantastic Beasts 3 release date pushed as Warner Bros. fills Nov. 2020 spot

Warner Bros. has filled the Nov. 2020 spot that was expected to be taking up by Fantastic Beasts 3, pushing the Wizarding World movie back to 2021.

Get comfy Wizarding World fans, we’re in for a wait. After production for Fantastic Beasts 3 had been pushed back by Warner Bros. to the Fall of this year, we all expected the next Wizarding World movie not to arrive until 2021.

However, there was always the hope time could be made up somewhere and Fantastic Beasts 3 would still arrive on the expected Nov. 2020 release date as reported.

That is now unlikely to happen after Warner Bros. filled the Nov. 2020 spot with Dune. A sci-fi movie starring Aquaman’s Jason Mamoa, Star War’s Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Ferguson, Dave Bautista, and others. Based on the classic novel by Frank Herbert, Dune is set in the distant future and follows the family of Paul Arteides, who accept control of the dessert planet, Arrakis.

With Dune now scheduled to premiere on Nov. 2020, it is highly unlikely Fantastic Beasts 3 will arrive as initially expected. There is always the chance it will be, but it is now looking more and more unlikely.
